Penn Valley is located entirely within Lower Merion Township in Montgomery County, with all students attending the Lower Merion School District. Penn Valley's prime location on the Main Line makes for easy access in commuting to Philadelphia. With many winding roads and open spaces, and heavily wooded lots, Penn Valley is a highly desirable town in which to live.
