Quick Guide on Searching Main Line Real Estate
Consolidated Community Guides and Property Listings
Most real estate web sites make you jump back and forth from page to page to read information about specific towns and communities and then see the property listings for that town. But not this web site! Simply scroll to the bottom of each community page to see the available listings in that area.
Open Search Options
If you're not sure which community to start with choose the Main Line MLS search page and enter your search criteria (i.e. price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) and you will receive results of all homes in the Main Line region that meet your search parameters.
Details, Details, and More Details
Once you select a property to view you will be presented with an extraordinary amount of detail on the property and the surrounding area. Below the property photos and information you will see four tabs:
Details Tab
Among the information in this section are schools, listing price history, and additional property features/
Maps Tab
Provides both an aerial view and street level view of the property.
Tools Tab
Provides a basic mortgage calculator, links to local school information and test scores, links to detailed local demographics, and links to local stores and restaurants.
Contact Tab
Contact the agent for more information or schedule a tour of this property.
